Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years’ post HKIA qualification, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 8 years’ relevant working experience.
  • Previous working experience as a resident architect for commercial building is preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and supervisory skills and able to work with site staffs.
  • Good command of both spoken and written English & Chinese.
  • Familiar with site and contract administrations.
  • Able to organize, manage and administer all site matters on a day-to-day basis and coordinate design details in collaboration with consultants of various disciplines

Employment will be on a contract basis for a period of 16 months commencing from September 2014. The remuneration package will be commensurate with the candidate’s qualification and experience.
